Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them during billing.
Accurately handle cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
Ensure correct pricing and weight entry for sweets and other products.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Coordinate with sales staff and kitchen staff for order updates.
Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints professionally.
Follow shop policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum High School / 12th pass (preferred).
Prior experience as a cashier or in retail (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of billing software / POS systems.
Positive numerical skills and attention to detail.
Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
