Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager who can drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

This is a high-impact role involving:
Direct sales
Channel development
Marketing execution
Customer engagement

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Generate and close leads for smart home products and solutions:
Build partnerships with:
Builders & real estate developers
Electricians & system integrators
Retail & distributors
Conduct product demos and client meetings
Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead → conversion → after-sales)

Marketing & Growth
Execute local and digital marketing campaigns:
Manage social media and promotional activities




Support Amazon / online sales growth
Create robust positioning around:
Make in India
Data privacy & security
Independent smart home ecosystem

Customer Engagement
Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
Build long-term relationships with clients
Collect feedback and support product improvement

Required Skills:
Solid communication & sales skills:
Ability to pitch and close deals:
Basic understanding of digital marketing:
Self-driven, startup mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings

Preferred Background
Experience in:
Smart home / IoT / electrical / electronics
