KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make outbound calls to prospective drivers for Uber onboarding
Explain company policies, earnings structure, and benefitsGenerate and convert leads into successful driver registrations
Guide drivers through the complete onboarding and documentation process
Coordinate with the field team for vehicle verification and activation
Maintain daily calling data and onboarding records
Achieve weekly and monthly onboarding targets-Build solid relationships with drivers for long-term engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply.
Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or onboarding.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle objections and close leads.
Target-oriented mindset.
