About Medhavi Skills University

Medhavi Skills University (MSU) is a government-notified private skills university established under a State Act in Sikkim, dedicated to promoting quality skill education and entrepreneurship integrated with higher education. As a pioneering institution in the convergence of the skilling ecosystem with higher education, MSU aligns with the National Education Policy, 2020 (NEP 2020). Recognized by the UGC and established in 2021, MSU collaborates with industries and Skill Development Institutes to offer work-integrated courses, embedding on-the-job internships and training within the curriculum. Role Overview:
Responsible for verifying assessment evidence, preparing examination results, formatting result data across various platforms, and uploading academic credits to the National Academic Depository (NAD). Also accountable for maintaining comprehensive records of all post-examination activities.

Key Deliverables:
Collate data from multiple academic portals, certification systems, and internal teams
Perform accurate data entry across portals, Excel sheets, Word documents, and presentations
Organize, clean, and verify datasets in MS Excel
Conduct basic to intermediate data analysis for reporting and tracking purposes
Verify, maintain, and organize student and academic documentation
Prepare structured reports, summaries, and dashboards in Word and PowerPoint
Share MIS reports and updates with internal and external stakeholders
Follow up with stakeholders to ensu
