Ecommerce Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Intern to support daily operations across all our ecommerce platforms. This role offers hands-on exposure to marketplace management, inventory coordination, customer experience, and digital commerce strategy.

You will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our online stores.

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Listings Management
Create and update product listings across ecommerce platforms
Optimize titles, descriptions, images, and keywords
Ensure content accuracy and brand consistency

Pricing & Promotions
Assist in updating pricing as per strategy
Monitor competitor pricing
Support implementation of discounts and promotional campaigns

Inventory Coordination
Track stock levels and update inventory across platforms
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams
Assist in preventing stockouts and overselling





Order Processing
Monitor incoming orders
Coordinate dispatch with fulfillment team
Track shipments and handle returns/refunds

Customer Support
Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues
Maintain response time and customer satisfaction standards

Daily Operations
Generate basic sales and performance reports
Monitor platform health metrics
Support daily operational problem-solving

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field
Robust attention to detail
Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.) preferred
Good communication skills
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and take ownership
