Job Title: UI/UX Designer + Web Designer (2+ Years Experience)Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design
Conduct user research and analyze user behavior.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Perform usability testing and implement improvements.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

Web Designing & Development
Design and develop responsive websites using:
HTML
CSS
Tailwind
Bootstrap
Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional web pages.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Optimize websites for speed and performance.
Maintain and update existing web projects.

Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX and Web Designing.
Experience with design tools such as Figma,



Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of responsive design principles.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (preferred).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.:
Relevant certifications in UI/UX or Web Design are a plus.
A robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and web design projects is required.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
