Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble wooden or metal formwork (shuttering)
Install shuttering for columns, beams, slabs, walls, and foundations
Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and structural stability
Dismantle shuttering safely after concrete has set
Repair, maintain, and reuse shuttering materials
Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other workers
Follow safety rules and maintain a clean work area

Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a shuttering carpenter in construction projects
Knowledge of timber, plywood, steel formwork, and tools
Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements




Physically fit and able to work at heights
Understanding of construction safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
Experience with system formwork (Doka, Peri, etc.)
Knowledge of concrete pouring procedures
Valuable time management and problem-solving skills

Work Setting:
Construction sites (residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects)
May involve working outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.42 per month
