This is not your typical "coffee-run" internship. You will work side-by-side with our Marketing Manager to shape our brand’s digital presence. This is a high-impact role where your edits will be seen by thousands and your creative input will directly influence our marketing strategy.

Core Responsibilities
Direct Collaboration: Assist the Marketing Manager in executing the monthly content calendar.
Video Editing: Transform raw footage into polished, high-engagement videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube.
Trend Analysis: Identify viral trends early and pitch ways for the brand to participate.
Brand Voice: Ensure all video captions and visual elements align with our established brand identity.

Qualifications
Active student or recent graduate in Marketing, Film, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Kit: Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Communication:



Strong writing skills for captions and a "can-do" attitude when receiving feedback.

The Mentorship Structure

Working directly with a Marketing Manager provides a unique learning curve. Here is how that relationship typically evolves over the course of the internship:
Month 1 (Shadowing): The intern observes the Manager’s workflow and handles basic edits.
Month 2 (Collaboration): The intern begins pitching original ideas and co-managing the content calendar.
Month 3+ (Ownership): The intern takes the lead on specific video campaigns from concept to post-analysis.
