Key Responsibilities
Connect with students and working professionals to understand their educational background and career aspirations
Suggest suitable UG/PG programs and universities based on student requirements
Provide accurate information regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process
Build solid relationships with students through regular follow-ups and effective communication
Maintain proper records of student interactions, follow-ups, and progress updates
Stay updated with current education trends, university offerings, and admission procedures
Achieve assigned targets and contribute towards team performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand student requirements and guide them effectively
Solid convincing and counselling abilities
Confident, empathetic, and target-driven personality
