We are looking for a highly experienced and agile Learning & Development qualified to lead training, capability development, employee engagement, and organizational learning initiatives for the Bangalore unit.

Role Purpose

The Lead - Learning & Development will be responsible for driving unit-level learning initiatives, employee capability development, behavioral and functional training, compliance training, digital learning adoption, and employee engagement programs across Clinical, Non-Clinical, and Clinical Support functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Training Management & Capability Building




Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) for the assigned unit and prepare monthly/annual training calendars.
Plan and conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and doctor induction programs.
Drive behavioral, soft skill, customer service, communication, and functional training programs.
Conduct focused training interventions for Clinical, Non-Clinical, and Clinical Support teams.
Deliver value-based, accountability, ownership, and service excellence training programs.
Learning Operations & LMS Management
Develop training content, learning modules, and digital learning materials.
Drive KOACH LMS adoption, policy signoffs, pull rate, and knowledge index improvement.
Digitalize learning materials, assessments, and training records.
Support automation of training MIS reports, dashboards, and evaluation systems.
Clinical & Compliance Training
Ensure completion of NABH mandatory training p
