The Role

We’re hiring a Partnerships Coordinator to help build and operationalize Parallel’s partnerships function. This is not a passive relationship role. It’s part strategy, part systems, part deal execution.





You’ll work closely with Growth and Leadership to:
Identify and prioritize ecosystem prospects
Build repeatable outbound and nurture systems
Activate referral and co-marketing pipelines
Track performance and optimize conversion

What You’ll Own:
Partnership Sourcing & Mapping
Map the ecosystem: VCs, SaaS operators, agencies, SaaS tools, communities
Research and prioritize high-leverage targets
Maintain structured CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
Identify “warm path” introductions via network mapping

Outreach & Activation
Draft and manage personalized outreach
Coordinate intro calls and prep briefs
Prepare partnership one-pagers and decks
Drive follow-ups and keep momentum high

Co-Marketing & Referrals
Execute joint webinars, case studies, events, newsletters
Track inbound ref
