We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform policies, community guidelines, and legal standards. You will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive online workplace for all users.

Key Responsibilities
Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content (text, images, videos, and comments) across the platform
Identify and remove content that violates community guidelines, including offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material
Flag suspicious or borderline content for further review and escalation
Enforce platform policies consistently and fairly
Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and actions taken
Collaborate with internal teams such as Trust & Safety, Legal, and Customer Support to address complex cases
Stay updated on policy changes, emerging risks, and content trends
Assist in improving moderation processes and tools through feedback and insights




Ensure timely handling of reported content and user complaints

Required Skills & Qualification
Solid attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of digital platforms, social media, and online communities
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive or potentially disturbing content professionally

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or trust & safety roles
Familiarity with moderation tools, CRM systems, or ticketing platforms
Experience working in rapid-paced, high-volume environments
Knowledge of online safety standards and regulatory guidelines
