Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in building a career in sales and financial services. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying customer needs, explaining insurance products, and helping clients choose suitable coverage plans.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers
Explain various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.) clearly to clients
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable policies
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field visits
Maintain regular follow-up with clients
Assist customers with documentation and policy processing
Achieve monthly sales targets




Provide after-sales service and support

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
Freshers are welcome
Basic communication skills (Tamil/English preferred)
Interest in sales and customer service
Willingness to travel locally (if required)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
