Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary In-Charge (Hospital)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary In-Charge to manage the complete operations of a small dispensary located inside a well-known hospital.

This role requires a responsible and hands-on individual who can independently handle stock, billing, and medicine dispensing with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete day-to-day operations of the dispensary
Perform stock inward entry and maintain inventory records
Manage physical store operations (arrangement, cleanliness, organization)
Dispense medicines as per prescription and required quantity
Handle billing and cash transactions:
Monitor expiry, stock levels, and reorder medicines when required
Ensure accuracy in billing and dispensing at all times




Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
Basic understanding of medicines:
Ability to work independently and take ownership:
Comfortable handling billing software or manual billing:
Good knowledge on Microsoft excel functions:
Good attention to detail and responsibility

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Experience in hospital-based pharmacy:
Experience in pharmacy / medical shop preferred
