About the Role
Ventara Media is looking for an experienced Head of Mobile to lead and scale our mobile performance marketing and affiliate business.
This is a leadership position for someone who understands the mobile advertising ecosystem, has strong relationships across advertisers, agencies, affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic partners, and knows how to build a profitable and scalable mobile business.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the mobile vertical — from offer acquisition and partner development to traffic growth, campaign performance, revenue, and team leadership.
You will work closely with senior management to define strategy, identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile & Affiliate Business Leadership
Own the overall mobile performance and affiliate marketing vertical.
Develop and execute strategies to grow mobile revenue,



margins, and campaign volumes.
Identify new business prospects across CPI, CPA, CPL, CPR and other performance-based models.
Build and maintain solid relationships with direct advertisers, agencies, affiliate networks, publishers, and media-buying partners.
Source and negotiate competitive mobile offers and commercial terms.
Expand the company's portfolio of direct advertisers and premium traffic sources.

Campaign & Performance Management
Oversee the complete lifecycle of mobile campaigns, from onboarding to scaling.
Monitor key performance metrics including ROI, conversion rate, retention, eCPA, EPC, LTV, volume, and profitability.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
Work closely with publishers and traffic partners to improve campaign performance and scale quality volume.
Ensure traffic quality, compliance, and campaign profitability.
