Position: Customer Support Representative
Responsibilities
Set an example for team members through commitment, customer service activities, work ethics, habits, and personal character.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Enhance the customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
Ensure confidentiality of customer data.
Requirements and Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills with accurate and rapid typing abilities.
At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
Familiarity with customer support metrics.
Proven experience in providing customer service support.
Ability to think strategically and lead.
Solid client-facing and communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to learn and work with company software.
