Responsibilities:
Monitor servers, systems, and network infrastructure
Provide remote technical support to US clients
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
Handle tickets, alerts, and incident resolution
Coordinate with internal technical teams
Requirements:
1+ year experience in NOC / Technical Support / IT Support
Basic knowledge of Networking, Windows OS, DNS, VPN, and remote support tools
Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
