We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage job postings and recruitment tools
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Finance or any discipline
Proven experience of minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
