Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.)
Operate coffee machines and grinders efficiently
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
Take customer orders and handle billing (if required)
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and seating area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Restock supplies (beans, milk, cups, syrups, etc.)
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Assist in opening and closing duties

Requirements:
Prior experience as a barista or in a café (preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques
Valuable communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Team player with a positive attitude
Adaptable with shifts (including weekends/holidays)

Coffee brewing & milk frothing
Time management
Attention to detail
Cleanliness & hygiene awareness
Basic POS handling (optional)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
