Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for civil, MEP, finishing, and luxury interior materials.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Robust technical understanding of construction materials and luxury finishing items.
Excellent negotiation, vendor development, and contract management skills.
Knowledge of ERP systems, procurement processes, and cost control.
