Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Primary Sales Specialist. The role involves prospecting and engaging potential buyers, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing inquiries for premium and luxury residential projects.



The specialist will nurture leads, maintain relationships with homebuyers and investors, and guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to booking and closing. Responsibilities include coordinating with developers and internal teams, staying updated on local market trends and inventory, preparing basic sales reports, and ensuring all interactions and transactions comply with RERA and company standards. The specialist is expected to deliver a high level of client service, uphold brand integrity, and contribute to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate sales, luxury housing, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in Bengaluru or South India.
Robust client relationship and consultation skills, with the ability to understand buyer needs, explain project details clearly, and build long-term trust.
