Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on drawings and project specifications
Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects
Verify and process contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills:
Monitor project cost vs budget and highlight variances
Coordinate with site engineers, architects, and contractors for quantity validation
Conduct rate analysis for extra/variation items
Maintain records of material consumption and project progress:
Check and approve measurement sheets (MB) and running bills:
Ensure adherence to cost control policies and procedures:
Assist in tendering, vendor comparison, and negotiations

Required Skills:
Solid expertise in BOQ, Estimation, Billing, and Rate Analysis:
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings:




Knowledge of construction processes (especially high-rise projects):
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software:
Robust analytical and reporting skills
Experience working with a real estate developer or builder:
Prior exposure to residential high-rise projects:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously:
Strong coordination and communication skills
