GrindxStudio is hiring a HYROX Coaching Intern for our Noida location.

We are looking for someone with a fitness background who wants to build toward becoming a HYROX coach and gain hands-on experience in performance training, class flow, and member coaching under experienced trainers.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting coaches during HYROX and strength & conditioning classes
Learning how to coach movement patterns, stations, and workout structure
Supporting members with form correction, motivation, and workout flow
Helping manage class setup, equipment, and transitions between stations
Understanding HYROX race format, pacing, and training methodology
Assisting with warm-ups, cooldowns, and member engagement




Learning programming basics and day-to-day coaching operations in a studio workplace

Requirements:
Background in fitness, sports, strength training, or functional fitness
Basic understanding of HYROX or interest in performance-based training
Good communication skills and willingness to learn coaching
Disciplined, punctual, and comfortable working in a quick-paced training workplace

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
