We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to support the HO merchandising team in order execution, buyer coordination, sampling follow-ups, and production tracking. The role involves close coordination with factory, PPC, sampling, and sourcing teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Coordination
Assist in handling buyer orders from order confirmation to shipment.
Maintain order trackers, TNA (Time & Action) calendars, and production status reports.
Coordinate with factory PPC and production teams for daily updates.

Sampling & Development
Follow up on proto, fit, PP, and shipment samples.
Coordinate with sampling team for timelines and courier dispatches.
Maintain sample approvals and documentation.

Factory & PPC Coordination
Track fabric, trims, and raw material readiness.
Monitor production progress and highlight delays/escalations.
Support in resolving inter-department coordination issues.

Documentation & Reporting




Prepare order sheets, cost sheets (basic understanding), and shipment summaries.
Maintain buyer communication records.
Support in generating DPR and production status reports.

Buyer Communication Support
Share updates, approvals, and required documents on time.

Skills Required:
Positive knowledge of garment manufacturing process.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of costing and TNA.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Valuable written & verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,244.89 - ₹25,238.88 per month
