Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to manage and scale paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads. The role requires strong hands-on campaign expertise, analytical thinking, and ownership of campaign performance, lead quality, experimentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage budgets, bids,



audiences, placements, creatives, and campaign structures.
Track and improve key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
Work closely with creative and content teams on performance-led creative strategy and briefs.
Improve landing pages and lead journeys through CRO initiatives.
Ensure accurate tracking through GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, and other conversion-tracking tools.
Build performance reports and translate data into transparent insights and actionable recommendations.
Guide and support performance marketing executives or associates where required.
