Minimum 3 years of experience in Rubber Formulation/ Mixing and R&DN.;
Preparation of rubber compound formulae and streamlining its mixing stages - Evaluating compound properties and modifying compound formulation based on trend and specification
Observing viscosity in rubber compounds for producing different tyre components - Monitoring compounds of current projects and implementing the same in large scale
Creating recent processes as per business demand in compound design and mixing. Monitoring test results of all non-conforming batches/compounds.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
