Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records (inward, outward, and balance stock) in ERP system
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain proper documentation
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store
Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory audits
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
Handle vendor delivery notes, GRNs, and material return records

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Store Keeper in real estate or construction projects
Knowledge of construction materials (cement, steel,



electrical, plumbing, finishing items, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Experience with ERP or inventory software is an advantage
High school certificate or equivalent (Diploma in Inventory/Store Management preferred)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
