The Customer Relations Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized in-store experience for clients. This role serves as the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and attended to while maintaining the brand’s premium image and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth, creating a refined first impression.
Deliver personalized service aligned with luxury brand standards.
Understand client preferences and assist in creating a seamless shopping experience.
Coordinate with sales associates, stylists, and store management to meet client needs.
Handle client feedback, concerns, or complaints discreetly and efficiently.
Maintain accurate client profiles and preferences for relationship building.
Ensure store presentation, ambiance, and guest areas reflect brand standards.
Assist during peak hours and special events to enhance client engagement.
Uphold brand etiquette, grooming standards, and service excellence at all times.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
