Key Responsibilities




Attend and assist customers in the showroom & Connect professionally.
Explain jewellery products, offers, and schemes to customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom display and product presentation standards.
Support billing and stock handling activities when required.
Follow up with customers regarding purchases and schemes.
Promote new collections and ongoing offers.
Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth operations.
Maintain discipline and skilled behaviour in the workplace.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer handling and sales skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
