This is preferably a hybrid position based out of Hyderabad and with in-person presence in the Hyderabad office, at least 3 times a week.

What You'll Do:
Support complete employee life-cycle processes for our India employees including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation/benefits, engagement survey and action planning, employee relations as well as off-boarding.
Build relationships with managers and senior managers, be a trusted resource for their needs and escalate issues as necessary to the lead PBPs for quick resolutions.




Have a robust understanding and working knowledge of people related policies, and assist in interpretation of such policies and standards.
Support the development, recommendation, and implementation of policies, procedures and process improvements.
Own the onboarding process for India including locally in Hyderabad as well as for any remote employees.
Manage the ongoing operational needs of managers in the APAC region
Support on local payroll in partnership with our local provider.
Partner with PBP team on local communications including community events, benefits, compliance, holidays etc.
Work with local leads and People team on employee issues
