Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital platforms
Comfortable fixing appointments with Chanel partners.
Conduct client meetings to understand design requirements, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
Present design concepts and pricing to clients and negotiate contracts
Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets
Track sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

Qualifications




Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive company growth and acquire potential clients
Must be comfortable with field visits.
Robust skills in Business and Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships
Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and present proposals

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
