Catch Foundation is an NGO dedicated to environmental protection. Our core initiatives include raising awareness of cleanliness in surrounding areas, segregating dry and wet waste at source, increasing city green spaces, and reducing the use of single-use plastics.

Responsibilities
Identify major landholding authorities (government and non-government)
Willingness to travel frequently across cities and states in India for land identification, inspection, and coordination with authorities
Identify strategic land locations in collaboration with the Growth Strategy team
Work with the CSR team to understand land demand and large parcel requirements
Connect and coordinate with government and non-government authorities for land requirements
Proactively support and drive land acquisition processes
Conduct land inspections with authorities across different parts of India
Create and maintain detailed land inspection reports for each parcel




Maintain land-related correspondence with government authorities
Draft and share land request letters with relevant authorities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Geography, Public Administration, or related field
Experience in land acquisition, government liaison, or related coordination roles preferred
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across different states in India
Solid documentation and reporting skills
