Job Description: IT Sales Executive

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Identify and target potential clients in various industries for IT solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in IT products, software, and services.
Clearly articulate the advantages and features of IT solutions to clients.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Proactively source leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into opportunities.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business prospects.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.




Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using CRM tools.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in IT sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid understanding of IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
