About the Role

Rainbow Schools, Thane is looking for an energetic and persuasive Admission Counsellor / Lead Calling Executive to handle admission enquiries generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. The role focuses on connecting with parents, explaining school offerings, and encouraging them to visit the nearest Rainbow School branch for campus tours and admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up on leads generated through Meta and Google platforms for school admissions.
Speak with parents to understand their requirements and explain Rainbow Schools’ curriculum, facilities, and admission process.
Convince and encourage parents to visit the nearest school branch for a campus tour.
Coordinate with school branches to schedule parent visits and walkthroughs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and visit status.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and visit-conversion targets.




Ensure a professional and positive experience for all prospective parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong command of spoken English (additional languages like Hindi/Marathi are a plus).
Comfortable speaking to parents over calls and handling objections.
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
Ability to join immediately.
Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or sales is preferred (freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
