Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.

Explain products or services and convince customers to make a purchase or take desired actions.

Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.

Follow up on leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

Excellent communication (English/Hindi language) both can work.

Basic computer knowledge.

Prior tele calling or customer service experience preferred (freshers can also apply).

Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
