Experience:
4 - 8 years in High Frequency / Algorithmic Trading
Proven live trading experience with measurable P&L; track record
Experience handling significant capital exposure independently (equity, derivatives, or currency markets preferred)
Hands-on exposure to automated trading systems

Salary Range: 80k - 2L

Roles:
Develop, test, and deploy high-frequency & algorithmic trading strategies
Monitor live trading systems and optimize performance
Analyze large datasets to identify trading prospects
Manage risk parameters and ensure compliance with trading limits
Work closely with tech team for system enhancements & latency optimization
Back-test strategies using historical market data
Track market trends, volatility & liquidity patterns
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal risk guidelines

Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E (CS / IT / Electronics) OR
MBA (Finance) / M.Sc (Mathematics / Statistics / Financial Engineering)
NISM Certifications - Preferred
