Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our EdTech team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our educational products, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries about courses, pricing, and benefits.
Manage and update customer information in CRM.
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Provide feedback on customer needs and concerns.
Meet sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
Previous experience in telecalling or sales (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Goal-driven and able to handle objections.
Comfortable using CRM and communication tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
