Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients (doctors, distributors, pharmacies) for franchise prospects, product info, or orders.
Lead Management: Generate recent leads and convert them into sales through effective follow-ups.
Product Promotion: Clearly explain pharma products, services, and offers.
Order Processing: Take and process product orders accurately.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and build positive relationships.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer records and call logs in CRM or Excel.
Sales Coordination: Work with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets
Communication: Excellent verbal (Hindi/English often required) and interpersonal skills
Experience: Varies, with many roles welcoming freshers or those with telecalling/pharma experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
