Position Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Administration
Maintain basic company records and employee documents
Support office requirements (stationery, supplies, etc.)
Assist in tracking tools, uniforms, and assets
Maintain basic vehicle logs and usage tracking
Human Resources
Assist in attendance and leave tracking
Support onboarding process (forms, documentation)
Help prepare salary input data for review
Coordinate basic employee communication
Accounts (Support Role)
Record daily expenses and petty cash entries
Assist in invoice collection and vendor follow-ups
Support monthly expense reporting
Work with accountant for basic documentation
Purchase & Inventory
Assist in purchasing tools and materials
Maintain simple stock and purchase records
Follow up with vendors for delivery and availability
Support quotation comparison and approvals
Coordination & Reporting
Assist in preparing daily reports (EOD)
Coordinate between field team and office




Track basic service materials and requirements
Support internal communication for operations

Skills Required:
Basic communication skills (Tamil & English)
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of accounts and office processes
Ability to multitask and learn quickly
Positive time management and responsibility

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, or similar) preferred
