A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or receiving inbound calls to engage with customers, promoting products/services, and providing information. They aim to generate sales, gather customer feedback, handle inquiries, and resolve issues while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires solid communication skills, patience, and the ability to work with targets or quotas. Typical duties include:
Making calls to potential or existing customers
Providing product/service information
Persuading customers to purchase or subscribe
Handling customer complaints or queries
Maintaining records of calls and customer interactions
Meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales or service goals
Upselling or cross-selling products/services when applicable
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
