Execute and supervise all civil construction works at site from foundation stage to project handover.
Ensure proper execution of high-rise building work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Read, understand, and implement civil drawings, layouts, levels, and technical details at site.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil activities.
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
Check quality, line, level, dimensions, and workmanship during execution.
Ensure work is completed within timeline, with proper material control and minimum wastage.
Maintain daily site progress, execution records, and reporting.
Resolve site-related technical and execution issues effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety standards,



quality standards, and site procedures.
Manage manpower and site resources efficiently for smooth project progress.
Bring solid technical knowledge and hands-on experience in civil execution work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Igatpuri, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
