Detailed Responsibilities:
Post-Sales Management: Execute booking forms, track allotments, and manage the registration process.
Financial Coordination: Generate demand letters, track receivables, and assist customers with home loan documentation/bank disbursements.
Client Relationship: Proactively update customers on the construction progress of Pearl Grace and handle grievances professionally.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and MahaRERA guidelines.
Site Coordination: Coordinate with the site engineering and sales teams to facilitate smooth customer site visits.

Required Skills & Experience:
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a Builder/Developer CRM role.
Technical:



Robust command over Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with Real Estate CRM ERPs.
Soft Skills: High patience levels, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations during the registration/possession phase.
