We are hiring a Commis I (Chinese Cuisine) with experience in preparing authentic Chinese dishes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Chinese starters, noodles, fried rice, gravies, and appetizers.
Follow recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation.
Support senior chefs during service.
Ensure proper food storage.
Requirements:
Experience in Chinese cuisine.
Positive knife skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene.
Team player.
