Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain design consistency through style guides and design systems.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Work on multiple client projects in a rapid-paced service environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of skilled experience in UI/UX design.
Prior experience in a service-based IT company is mandatory/preferred.




Robust portfolio showcasing creative and modern design projects.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Strong understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Highly creative with strong visual design sense.
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to understand diverse client requirements.
Ready to join immediately (Immediate joiners will be prioritized).

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
