Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in API manufacturing processes as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
Handle reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other production equipment.
Monitor reaction parameters such as temperature, pressure, and pH.
Maintain proper documentation as per GMP guidelines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QC and QA departments.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the production area.
Support scale-up activities and technology transfer processes.
Report deviations and abnormalities to the reporting manager.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of organic chemistry and chemical reactions.
Basic understanding of GMP, cGMP, and safety practices.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
