PFB the JD for the US IT Recruiterrole:
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am/ 07:00 pm to 04:00 am
Location: Noida, Sec 142 (100% onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
Leverage multiple channels, such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.
Full Cycle Recruitment:
Ensure all documentation, such as resumes, interview feedback, and offer letters, are processed efficiently.
Experience:
0.6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in the US staffing process.
Proven experience working with state and federal clients and direct clients within the US staffing industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
