We’re Hiring: School Admission Telecaller

Are you confident on calls and enjoy interacting with people? We are looking for a dedicated Admission Telecaller to support our school’s admission process and connect with prospective parents.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to parents and respond to admission inquiries
Provide accurate information about school programs, facilities, and admission procedures
Follow up with leads and schedule school visits or counselling sessions
Maintain records of calls and update the database regularly
Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets

Requirements:
Positive communication skills (Hindi/English; local language preferred)




Pleasant voice and positive attitude
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling or customer service preferred (freshers can apply)
Ability to handle targets and work in a team
