Review plans and specifications for current machinery and equipment to make sure they meet safety requirements
Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment
Evaluate the effectiveness of various industrial control mechanisms
Ensure that a building or product complies with health and safety regulations, especially after an inspection that required changes
Install safety devices on machinery or direct the installation of these devices
Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements
Identify and evaluate the unsafe setting and practices
Recommend solutions to issues that need improvement
Monitor and track safety systems by using computer systems and spreadsheets
Support staff with the identification of environmental aspects and determining the project objectives and target
Identify and evaluate the unsafe workplace and practices
Identify the root causes of safety and industrial hygiene
Develop hazard control processes, methods and programs




Recommend solutions to issues that need improvement
Advise several ways of controlling potential threats
Monitor implementation of safety plans according to plans and objectives

Measure and audit the effectiveness of hazard control programs
Prepare future safety plans based on past experiences and facts
