Job Title: Business Development Executive - Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
Conduct outbound calls and build relationships with prospective clients.
Support lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Assist in client onboarding and account coordination.
Track lead status, conversions, and daily activities.
Support marketing initiatives and campaign follow-ups.
Prepare reports and maintain data accuracy.

Requirements:




Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings).
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced workplace.
