Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and aggressive Senior Sales Executive who can generate business, convert leads, and contribute to the company’s growth while building a strong personal income and leadership career.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries




Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Conduct site visits with clients
Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups
Convert prospects into successful closures
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Support and guide junior team members when required
Maintain professional sales reporting and CRM updates
Minimum 1+ years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
Aggressive attitude and solid desire to close deals
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Robust negotiation ability
Passion to learn, grow, and earn high incentives
Leadership mindset and future growth vision
Positive and energetic personality
Own vehicle (mandatory)
Residing near Wakad (within 5 km preferred)
